Due to the COVID-19 virus, The Pricing and Classification Service Center (PCSC) employees will be working remotely.

Therefore, please do not send any hard copy mail or fax anything to the PCSC.  Please scan documents and email to pcsc@usps.gov.

All inquiries pertaining to mailpieces must be emailed along with an attached copy of the mailpiece.  Please include the height, length, thickness, and weight of the mailpiece.  Once the attachment is reviewed, the PCSC will provide a determination.
