In support of the Postal Service’s mission to protect its critical stakeholders, the Corporate Information Security Office (CISO) was established to safeguard the USPS network, monitor threats, and respond to incidents.
The CISO page on cybersecurity is available on PostalPro at https://postalpro.usps.gov/ciso includes:
- Links to external government cybersecurity tips pages
- USPS CyberSafe tips for the workforce
- Contact information for CISO to report cybersecurity incidents or to ask questions
We are publishing this page in conjunction with MTAC UG 14 for mailers seeking information on cybersecurity. One small cybersecurity event could cause significant operational disruption. Cybersecurity at the Postal Service is every employee and contractor’s responsibility.
We appreciate working with MTAC to educate and support the larger mailing community in its efforts to become even more cybersecure.
