We are excited to announce the release of several new proposed promotions guidebooks for 2023 which are pending PRC approval. The guidebooks are for planning purposes only. We are currently not accepting pre-approval requests for 2023. Each of the three mailing promotions guidebooks can be found on the “Promotions” PostalPro page at https://postalpro.usps.com/promotions.

Tactile, Sensory & Interactive Promotion Guidebook
Promotion registration begins on December 15, 2022 and is open until July 31, 2023. The Promotion Period runs from February 1, 2023, to July 31, 2023. Please do not submit for pre-approvals until the PRC approves the 2023 Promotions. The Tactile, Sensory & Interactive Promotion helps mailers to create an engaging and memorable mailpiece. Participants can craft an interactive multi-sensory experience with specialty inks, interactive elements, and other treatments to make an unforgettable mailpiece. Personalized Color Transpromo Promotion Guidebook
Promotion registration begins on December 15, 2022 and is open until July 31, 2023. The Promotion Period runs from February 1, 2023, to July 31, 2023. Please do not submit for pre-approvals until the PRC approves the 2023 Promotions. The Personalized Color Transpromo Promotion enhances the value of First-Class Mail by encouraging mailers of bills and statements to incorporate color marketing messages in order to improve connection to and response from customers. This year, it is proposed that mailers will receive an additional discount by including reply mail (BRM/CRM) to collect customer responses. Emerging and Advanced Technology Promotion Guidebook
Promotion registration begins on March 15, 2023 and is open until November 30, 2023. The Promotion Period runs from May 1, 2023 to November 30, 2023. Please do not submit for pre-approvals until the PRC approves the 2023 Promotions.
The Emerging and Advanced Technology promotion encourages mailers to incorporate emerging technologies such as Enhanced Augmented Reality, Mixed Reality, Virtual Reality, NFC, Video in Print, and Voice Assistants (basic and advanced), as well as mobile technologies that facilitate online shopping experiences which is new to this year’s promotion. A tiered discount will allow for mailers of all budget levels an opportunity to integrate their mailpieces with exciting new technologies.
