Important January 2023 Price Change Information

This memo is to notify you effective Sunday, January 22, 2023, the United States Postal Service will implement a Price Change. The new prices will be effective 1/22/2023.

Please place all orders by 3:00 pm CST on Friday, January 20, 2023.

All orders that are received before 3:30 pm CST on Friday, January 20, 2023, will be processed at the current rate. All orders received after this time will be processed at the new applicable rates.

Attached is information on items effected by the January 22, 2023, Price Change.

Stamp Fulfillment Services Audit Information

Stamps Now Customers – Important Information for the 2023 SFS Annual Facility Audit

PLEASE NOTE: Stamp Fulfillment Services (SFS) has scheduled the annual facility audit for Tuesday, January 31, 2023 – Sunday, February 5, 2023, which could delay the delivery of your order.

To ensure your orders are processed and shipped before the audit, please submit all orders by Monday, January 30, 2023. Any check, credit card, or Express Mail orders received before 10:00 am CST Tuesday, January 31, 2023, will shipped within the regular time frame.

All orders received after 10:00 am CST 10:00 am CST Tuesday, January 31, 2023, will be held until order processing resumes on Monday, February 6, 2023.

Express Mail Orders will not be processed during the time period of Monday, January 30, 2023 (after 10:00 am CST) through Sunday, February 5, 2023.

If any changes should occur in this time frame, you will be notified immediately.
