Webinar: Business Customer Gateway Updates

Please join the PCC Advisory Education Programming Sub-Committee and Mike Filipski, USPS Business Process Specialist, Principal on Friday, March 26, 2021 at 2 PM ET as they host a webinar detailing the latest updates to the Business Customer Gateway (BCG).

On March 28, 2021 BCG is getting a new look along with several enhancements to improve your experience. The homepage will provide a snapshot view of your Enterprise Payment System balances, your mailer scorecard, and your most recent PostalOne! mailings. In addition, Business Service Administrators (BSAs) and BSA delegates, will be able to revoke and archive users who have changed roles or have left the company.

While these changes aim to provide a snapshot view of some of the most critical features, BCG will remain your portal to USPS business services. A guide to the new site is located at https://postalpro.usps.com/bcg/redesign.
